Sunday, a New York-based cannabis brand, partnered with us to build their identity from the ground up. Through a collaborative process, we worked together to define their mission, vision, and values, creating a foundation for a brand that stands out in the cannabis space. Our goal was to design a professional yet approachable identity that resonates with a diverse audience—both seasoned users and newcomers—and appeals across age groups.
The creative direction embraced a “modern heritage” approach, blending contemporary design with timeless, heritage-inspired details. This balance allowed us to craft a brand that feels both welcoming and established, offering a contrast to the youthful or informal branding often seen in the category. From typography to color palette and packaging, every element is clean, sophisticated, and intentional, communicating trust and transparency.
Illustrations played a key role in establishing the brand’s identity. Designed to connect Sunday to its heritage inspiration, these assets feature clear, recognizable outlines paired with soft, flowing gradients, reinforcing the brand’s unique presence in the cannabis space.
